Had a most delightful 2 day 1 night trip to Telok Batik, Lumut (6-7 Jun 2009). 3 buses of people went along and had a splashing time making merry and enjoying themselves to the hilt.
Being away from work makes everyone relaxed and fun! Everyone was all smiles! We shld do this more often. Good for the morale!

The telematches were fun and man…. the spirit of Green Team was strong and unwavering – unfortunately – the flesh were not so up to it. But nevertheless, the Green team came away the winner in the sponge and water telematch. In the tug-o-war……well………them cheerleaders were damn good but the other team was also damn good. anyway – it was good fun and everyone was a winner. Many folks came away with bruises and pulled muscles…. told you, them folks were mighty enthusiastic!

Coming back..we had a minor mishap. The fan belt in one of them buses decided to break free and fly off ! So juggle, juggle and soe folks were loaded onto the other bus while the other folks waited with full “sabar” for the repair to be done. The driver cum mechanic managed to get the bus up and running in abt an hour. Then he turned around and asked…hey? where’s the rest of the passengers? man, he was so engrossed in repairing -he did not noticed we ferried off half his passengers to another bus! hahhahaa…..
ah.... many hands make light work
But all ends well- maybe the last 2 buses came home bit late but man… them kids had a roaring time blasting the microphone and deafening the rest of the passengers.
